You just gotta’ love Axelrod and Wags. If you’re lost, tune in to Billions.

The scene, Axelrod and Wags’ scouting out Wags’ final resting spot in the last available, dignified grave in Manhattan:

Axe, about dying in your 30’s — “Too soon, far too soon”.

Wags’ the 40’s — “Tragic, just tragic”,

Axe, the 50’s — “Such a shame”,

Wags’ what about the 60’s — “Too soon”, (but maybe not really).

Axe, at 70 — “A good run”,

Wags’ in your 80’s — “That’s a life, well lived”,

Axe, your 90’s, yeah your 90’s — “A Helluva Life”!

The scene played out to the background music of “Bojangles” by Sammy Davis Jr. Touching …interesting … perhaps a bit humorous.

But what about my brother, what do you say about a nine-year-old dying of Leukemia? Too soon, obviously. Tragic, you could have asked my Mom and Dad. Such a shame, is that all? A good run, not on your life. A life well lived, who will ever know? A helluva life? A helluva deal for a nine-year-old.
